Ending an era…After two decades, the area’s largest flea market hosted by Bob and Doloris Savage is now closed. The last show was a truly a memorable and emotional event. Bob and Doloris were honored by the vendors with cake and well wishes at the start of the show. Everyone was very appreciative of the outstanding management, marketing and improvements in the facility that had been accomplished under their tenure. They will be truly missed.
The Super Flea Market was the largest indoor flea market in Southern Indiana. It hosted over 300 vendor booths each month in a very large indoor and outdoor facility. There were all kinds of merchandise from old to new, collectibles, antiques, handmade arts and crafts, homemade fudge and other goodies.
It was located in a former K-Mart building that has over 120,000 square feet to host unique vendors from around the country that brought their merchandise to offer to the public.
